INGREDIENTS
1 cup pasta macaroni
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup celery
1/4 cup red onion
400 gm peas
How to make Pea and Red Pepper Salad
Step 1
To make this super yummy salad, cook the macaroni pasta according to the package directions. After the pasta is cooked nicely, rinse it under cold water and drain. Keep it aside.
Step 2
In the meanwhile, in a large-sized mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, dijon mustard, cider vinegar, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir all the ingredients well and then add cooked pasta, red bell pepper, red onion, celery and peas to this mixture. Gently mix all the contents together and serve.
