Molly Seidel Peanut Noddles
Peanut noodles with soy sauce, sesame oil and green onions.
Molly Seidel Peanut Noddles Recipe Ingredients:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
1 large onion, diced (about 1 cup)
2 cups creamy peanut butter, divided
6 cups chicken broth or water
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large saucepan over medium heat, whisk the flour together with 2 tablespoons of the oil until well combined. Cook for 2 minutes while stirring constantly. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine rice flour, cornstarch, salt, ginger powder and garlic powder until combined well. Stir in peanut butter until evenly distributed throughout the mixture. 3. Using your hands or wet fingers, form the dough into small nuggets about 1-inch wide by 2-inches long (or as desired). 4 5 Place nuggets onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned on top*. 6 7 Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
